GPEG Acquisition Services (GPEGAS) works on behalf of buyers to find companies for their own acquisition or investment. We offer a full range of acquisition services including Company search, valuation assessment, acquisition process assistance, and due diligence planning and implementation. We also offer strategic and operations consulting and management services for buyers post-acquisition.
We tailor our Company searches to each buyer’s unique criteria of industry, revenue range, cash flow, location, valuation, management capabilities and other parameters. Before presenting opportunities to our buyers, GPEG vets them through an initial due diligence process to ensure quality of the opportunity and a match against the established criteria. We therefore serve a valuable role to clients who are aggravated by the time wasted reviewing deals not suited to their needs. We also function as a communication buffer between our clients and sellers until a client decides to take the lead in pursuing the deal. Our clients’ identities are held in strict confidence, and only revealed to companies and other intermediaries with their consent.
